Cascading Reels (Tumble)

Compound Multiplier Math
Le Viking's critical math distinction during Ragnarok. Running multiplier (starts 1x, increments +1 per wild landed) ALWAYS applies to cluster wins. Individual wild multipliers WITHIN a cluster MULTIPLY together. Combined: running 8x × wild 4x × wild 5x = 160x on that cluster's base payout. Dead Spin

Multiplier
Le Viking's multiplier sources during Ragnarok: running multiplier (starts 1x, +1x per wild landed, never resets) and individual wild multipliers (carry their own values). Two wilds with 3x and 5x in same cluster produce 15x for that cluster (multiplicative), then the running multiplier applies on top.

Le Viking doesn't use paylines. Win mechanic is cluster pays — connected matching symbols (5+) on the 5x5 grid pay regardless of position. The "Cluster Pays" descriptor refers to this cluster structure replacing classic line-based pays. All cluster sizes 5+ qualify.

Re-spin Counter
Le Viking's Berserker Respins counter. Resets every time a fresh Viking Shield lands during the respin round. Round ends when no new shields land or the grid fills entirely. A grid-fill triggers the maximum respin payout — typically 200x-500x depending on shield count and positioning.
RNG (Random Number Generator)

Without a Ragnarok trigger, sessions tend to run 50-80% of theoretical RTP. With Ragnarok + late-round high running multiplier, single sessions can finish at 400%+ of wagered amount.
Snowstorm Wilds
Not used in Le Viking — Snowstorm Wilds appear in Le Santa (Christmas variant). Le Viking's wild is the Sword symbol that substitutes for everything except Viking Shields and Scatters during base game, and feeds the Ragnarok running multiplier when it lands during Free Spins.
Sticky Wild
Le Viking's Wild (Sword) is NOT sticky — it appears within a single spin and disappears with the next cascade. The Viking Shield lock mechanic provides positional stickiness during Berserker Respins, but the Wild itself doesn't persist across spins. Different from sticky-multiplier slots like Razor Shark.
Volatility (Variance)
Le Viking is rated High (4/5). The 24% hit frequency produces longer dry spells than Le Santa (3/5). Bonus rounds trigger less often (~1 in 170 vs Le Santa's ~1 in 120) but produce more extreme single-spin payouts during late-Ragnarok with high running multipliers.
